We recommend securing your hire as early as possible — especially during weekends, school holidays and peak summer days. A deposit helps lock the date.

Our standard hire period for the day. Additional costs may apply for very early delivery, late pick-up, or long travel distances.

When you hire a waterslide (or other inflatable), the delivery fee includes: delivery, setup, breakdown, clean-up.

Yes — delivery fees depend on your location, distance from Collingwood Park, and whether setup is on grass, sand or concrete. We cover travel both ways, so our delivery pricing takes into account going there and back.

 

We can cover Greater Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether your address is included, just get in touch and we’ll confirm.

Safety is our number one priority. If strong winds, storms or unsafe conditions arise on the day, we may need to postpone or cancel the hire. If that happens, you will receive a store credit or reschedule option. If you decide to cancel yourself for weather concerns, we’ll discuss the options based on how early you call us.

You’ll need:

  • A flat, level area clear of debris, tree branches and pet droppings

  • Access to a power point (unless otherwise quoted)

  • Access to water if a waterslide inflatable
  • A minimum clearance around the inflatable (typically 1m each side)

  • Soft ground (grass) preferred for safe anchoring; if on concrete, sandbags/weights may be required.

Most hires cover a standard day (morning through to early evening). If you need extended hours, we do have  overnight hire, let us know so we can quote accordingly. 

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned, sanitised and safety-checked before and after each hire. We comply with Queensland safety standards.

First thing is if someone is hurt, call 000.

If there’s a mechanical fault or issue with any euipment while in use, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate a prompt solution. Safety is our top priority. Kids must be supervised at all times.

We require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remainder is due before delivery or on the day (depending on arrangement). Payment methods include card payment, afterpay, or cash—details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Yes, please refer to our terms and conditions. We understand things change. If you postpone early enough, we’ll assist in finding an alternate date. Late cancellations may still incur costs due to logistic commitments. Full refunds are transferred as store credit.
